Excellent customer service deserves an award...
 Hi, I would like to tell you how much help Nikki has been to me this past month. I am just starting a business and to have someone who cares about the customer and take the time out of her busy day to assist me has helped me complete my fall line so much quicker. Whenever I ask her a question or ask her opinion, the amount of turn around time is so minimal that I can get my work done so much quicker. Her excellent customer service deserves an award as I have been in the retail industry and I have never ever had such a responsive person.
You and your company are very lucky to have her as an employee and I look forward to doing a lot of business with your company for a very long time.
