Company History
In September 2003 we inquired about customized rhinestone heat transfers. We discovered it was difficult to find a company in the
USA
that offered low minimums, good pricing, fast turnaround time, great quality and excellent customer service. Having experienced this frustration first hand we decided to do something about it!
In December 2003, our first rhinestone setting machine was placed in operation. It was the 3rd of its kind in operation in
North America
. The demand for custom rhinestone heat transfers was massive.
In September 2005, our second rhinestone setting machine was placed in operation. This machine is the 2nd generation of the first machine featuring updated technology and advanced production features.
In 2006 our first rhinestone template machine was purchased. This new rhinestone transfer manufacturing technology has enabled us to produce more transfers to keep up with the demand of the growing Rhinestone heat transfer industry. Our ongoing goal: Meet the customer’s needs by offering low minimums, fair pricing (no we are not the cheapest - but our quality and turnaround time far exceed our competitors!) and excellent customer service.
November 2007 - Dazzling Designs & Apparel invested in the first vinyl plotter. Our customers now have even more options for their apparel decorations. Customers can have heat transfers produced in a variety of materials such as vinyl, flock, gillter, hologram and metallic films. These materials are a fantastic alternative to screen printing as they are more cost effective in smaller runs. Add some BLING to your vinyl transfers and you've got a unique and affordable apparel decoration. Currently there are 4 plotters in operation filling the demand for custom vinyl transfers.
Prior to 2009 some of our customers requested having their designs produced overseas to receive better pricing. In 2009 we made a conscious decision to manufacture ALL rhinestone heat transfers in house, no matter how large the order in an effort to keep all manufacturing in the United States and keep our employees working and employed in a time economic depression.
October 2010 - We moved our factory to a larger facility where we now have a showroom and retail store.
