Personalization: All names will be made in an upper/lowercase format for example "Sophia". Name will not be done in all uppercase letters. Given all the different spelling options of names, we will not question the spelling of a name. Please make sure to type it correctly. Dazzling Designs & Apparel Inc. will not be responsible for customer submissions of incorrect spelling of name(s).

Returns: Personalized apparel can not be returned for refund or exchange except in the event of defective product or if Dazzling Design & Apparel Inc. makes an error in the order fulfillment.
